I have a big problem! I have 2 x 7950 GPUs and ASRock H61 PRO BTC mobo. When I connect GPUs via risers i don’t have screen, monitor display “No signal”. I used HDMI cable and DVI – no results. When I connect HDMI to mobo and unplugd GPUs from mobo it works perfectly.
I know that the USB interface would cause a bottleneck on most kinds of GPU-related operations, but for some reason, mining doesn’t seem to incur this kind of penalty. From what I know, you should be good to go if you know how to set up this kind of arrangement (I have no idea how).
I’d say only as an experiment. The technology behind Ethereum, a big leap over Bitcoin’s underlying technology, may one day prove to be valuable. But cryptocurrency is so ridiculously speculative, it’s only worth taking a moderate risk on. I wouldn’t invest thousands into mining unless you really have thousands to spare, and make sure you’re aware of the risks What You Need to Know Before Investing in Cryptocurrencies What You Need to Know Before Investing in Cryptocurrencies Read More before spending any best, best of, Bipcoin (BIP), Components, cpu, Decred (DCR), Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum Classic (ETC), Evga, Expanse (EXP), GPU, gpu mining, GTX 1050 Ti, GTX 1060 3GB, GTX 1060 6GB, GTX 1070, GTX 1080 Ti, hardware, Hyperx, Intel, Karbowanec (KRB), Kingston, Komodo (KMD), Lbry Credits (LBC), Mining Edtion GPU, mining rig, mining rig frame, Monero (XMR), Mothertboard, Nvidia GeForce, p106-100, PascalCoin (PASC), Power Supply Unit, PRO BTC, PSU, RAM, rx 470, RX 470 4GB Mining Edition, SanDisck, Sapphire NITRO+, Siacoin (SC), SSD, Ubiq (UBQ)
Let me put it another way. A computer running a single R9 290 would have about 22.5% the mining output of this rig. Since this rig cost about 3,200$ that means for the single R9 290 computer would need to cost a total of 720$ USD or less to be more cost effective. After you buy the 290 graphics card you wouldn’t have enough money left over out of 720$ USD to buy the rest of the parts needed for the computer.
As there is a huge demand for Ether across the globe, in the long run the price will eventually keep increasing. Now is the best opportunity for people looking for investing. If you have keen knowledge about trading, you could also make some good profit day trading Ethereum.
Aether II is indeed an amazing mod and shall continue to grow into something even greater. However, some people haven’t played the original Aether mostly due to it being outdated and unavailable to the general public through official ways. Aether Legacy is a port of Aether I that allows people to play the original experience on newer versions of Minecraft with multiplayer support.
But what do miners get in return for doing all the heavy lifting?  Ether reward coins.  The catch is that mining tends to require more and more power over time, as more people invest in more powerful hardware.  This is called mining difficulty and increases exponentially with the number of people mining and competing for their Ether reward.
According to the organisation, one key benefit of the system is to allow organisations to send payment directly to contractors without the need for intermediaries, while Ethereum monitors the delivery of each stage of a contract.
The cryptocurrency market is growing so fast, and one of the fastest growing digital assets (including LiteCoin, Ethereum, etc…) that it has right now is Bitcoin. From the time it began to exhibit signs of potential growth in 2011, many ‘experts’ have been predicting the fall of this world’s largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization.
If i were to build another rig, I would have to be convinced that I would make my investment back in 2.5 months or less, and while I’m considering it, I’m not exactly convinced that it would net me more ethereum in the long run than just investing the same amount of money into ethereum today.
Hello, I did everything but at the end this message appear in the cmd: ETH: Stratum – connecting to ‘eu1.ethermine.org’ port 4444 No pool specified for Decred! It depends on the power and the hash rate of your miner. There are certain factors that you should make sure are right, which will eventually lead to better mining and will benefit you in the long run. If you want to know how much you can make mining Etherum, read the following article.
1x RAM (System Memory) –  4 GB RAM – You don’t need a lot of system memory to mine ethereum effectively. 4GB is about as small as a stick of RAM comes these days, so I recommend just picking up a cheap one as long as it is DDR 4 desktop memory.
You can follow Steps 2-4 to download the official Ethereum Wallet, but you do need to wait for the full Ethereum blockchain to sync.  To skip this and get going much faster, jump down to Step 5 and create a wallet using MyEtherWallet instead.

Since we’re talking about mining, there’s always electricity involved, and every day we’re seeing more and more people posting pictures of their rigs and we’re seeing the results in how much difficulty has risen this month alone, and my guess before february is over we’ll be seeing 50% less profits than we’re getting now.
RAM, the more the better, since the DAG file will increase size before the PoW ends, so you will mine longer if you have more RAM (research about it…its important in the future)… RAM ON THE GPUs….not on the Computer… the Computer RAM can be as low as 4GB… depending on what you are doing with it… the RAM on the GPUs is what i’m talking about…..
Now if you’re interested in other crypto-currencies, you can optionally download the MinerGate client that gives you an easy to use GUI. The reason why we’re not using the MinerGate GUI is because it doesn’t detect my eGPU housing the RX 580. The RX 580 will be the workhorse of the setup theoretically so it’s important to make certain that we’re using it whilst mining.
According to the website Investing Haven, the price of an Ether should reach $1000, if not by 2018 then at least by 2020. That was a very conservative Ethereum price prediction for 2018 in my opinion, considering their currency’s fluctuation. The site’s research team bases their forecast on three fundamental factors:
– Ambient temperature affects how much you can overclock your card before it burns out. So some guy in Canada will have natural cooling as opposed to some guy closer to the equator with a 30degC ambient temp. You cannot rely on other people’s reviews and achievements to be the same for you.
