“ethereum minedrift lag”

I don’t understand why others ASIC resistant cryptocurrencies such as Vertcoin and Monero aren’t worth mining. At all. It’s not worth buying a high-end GPU to mine these coins even for those who don’t have to pay for electricity bill. But I do. And it’s pretty expensive here (~$0.121) .
All this computing power chews up electricity, and that costs money. It’s worth looking at your hardware’s energy consumption in watts, when making your choice. You want to make sure that you don’t end up spending all of your money on electricity to mine coins that won’t be worth what you paid.
With the prices of graphics cards rising due to the cryptocurrency gold rush, it’s now more sensible to buy a pre-built device for mining cryptocurrencies, which is where our best mining rig 2018 list comes in.
Anyway, I was looking for a case for 7 GPU mining, but could not find since all of them are made for 6 GPU mining, so probably it has to be custom made, unless, i place 6 GPU’s in a case and the 7th one i can place outside of it, probably not a good idea, can you tell me where i can buy a good case with decent airflow for 7 GPU’s since i would like to buy this mother board…
@acaciosc The primary reason that Ethereum is so profitable isn’t because it’s ASIC resistant but because it’s the only coin with a generalized intrinsic value. That value being that ether is the only coin that can run a Turing Complete smart contract (or more technically the only coin that enforces a Turing Complete contract to ‘halt’).
I think is better to install Linux onto this 60GB SSD and then install Ethminer software rather than installing Windows since space is so limited for that SSD ( Windows 7 or 10 may take almost all of the space).. and this also will give me an option to install another mining software for another crypto-currency later on, rather then installing EthOS…just for Ethereum…What do you think about it?
To complete our Ethereum mining equipment we just have to complete some basic components of any other computer. We will need a PCI Express extenders called Riser that will allow us to place the GPUs on the board because its width and size is not possible in most cases placed directly on the motherboard next to each other.
hey! first of all thank you for your immediate reply. Now the computer, after that it verifies the 4 things, it says “esecution of code impossible because “openCL.dll” was not found. Can you help me again?
Listed below are the components along with the amount you will need to assemble your GPU mining rig. Once your components arrive, you will want to come back to this guide for assembly and configuration instructions. I’ve included a YouTube video further down the page with complete assembly instructions as well.
Unfortunately, the POW period (ie. the period where you can mine ethers with graphics cards) will end this year, when ethereum will switch over to POS. So we’re talking about a timeframe of probably only a few months left ?
I think it’s profitable only if ETH price climbs with ETH difficulty but with that being said, it would be better to just buy ETH if ETH climbs 30-50%. The people who are making the real profit are the people who are supplying the parts :)!

Ether is an absolute essential, as it serves as fuel for the smooth running of the Ethereum platform. An interesting way to look at Ether is an incentive used to motivate developers to create top notch applications.
Currently even at overinflated GPU prices you might see a return in ~6 months. In the mining community that seems like an insane amount of time. Crypto is an anomaly though. In business that’s a super win. Even if the timeline goes out to 8 months and then you start profiting it’s still considered a good investment.
It’s rather rude of you to call someone dumb. What’s worse is you yourself can’t type well. “he Never even released a version for it yet your being scammed”. Wow, you broke the English language. never*, *take out the ‘even’*, *dot after ‘it’, Yet*, you’re*, old*, etc… If you’re gonna be a butt instead of simply saying something along the lines of “This is an old version guys. That’s why you’re all having bugs.” at least make sure you yourself are better than what you’re accusing everyone else of being.
I have no idea when casper will come out, but I suspect it will take about a year. But even if it doesnt, since I have a real world use for this rig, it won’t be the end of the world if it comes sooner rather than later. Why do you happen to know when casper might hit?
Most people who own a house don’t have free electricity. I’ve never heard of it. Using your rig as a heater is very poor. It doesn’t disburse heat nearly as well as a real space-heater. Also, that’s a general excuse that use to justify high electricity costs…. Usually people have central heating and just make that up.
During the past couple of years, cryptocurrencies have garnered the attention of every investor, especially after the meteoric rise of currencies like Bitcoin and the Ether. For example, in December 2015, a single Bitcoin was worth somewhere around $440, while the same Bitcoin was worth $2600 when I first wrote this article in July 2017 and was worth $9,500 when I updated this article in 29th of November 2017 and now is worth $7,900. Today Bitcoin was between $7,900 – $8,500 a usual fluctuation I would say.
Learn how to build an Ethereum mining rig using the step-by-step guide below. Mining Ethereum is an incredibly profitable use of off-the-shelf PC hardware. Currently, I’m mining roughly $500/mo of Ether using this exact rig.
I HAD the same problem but I fixed it, what you have to do is delete your .minecraft folder and re-download everything for .minecraft, then you make sure the connected textures are not on, they crash the textures, and boom your ready to go!
In terms of Ethereum mining performance, the R9 series has aged far more gracefully (even though it was introduced in 2015) than the more recent RX 400 / 500 series (which launched in 2016 and 2017, respectively).
Does this work with Optifine? I’m new to all this so I’m not so shader savy. lol Do i just pop it into my Optifine shaderpack folder? or… Do I need that GLSL? I did go about and it did say it’s now implemented into Optifine but the description on this Shader says nothing about it so I’m just double checking before I detonate this mini nuke in my pc. n_n/
Once you have selected your GPU depending on your budget or whether you want it to mine efficiently or whether you just want the highest amount of mega hashes – then you can click through to find more return information on it. We show you how much the return per day exceeds the cost of running it with our profit ratio metric, and show you how much you would expect to make in a year given a stable network hash rate and exchange rate.
I myself was very curious about this type of thing and hope to see more articles of it’s kind (to me more Hardware related than the numerous game reviews). One thing you did not mention however, is you could theoretically mine at break even, and if the Eth value explodes, discover your profit at that juncture. I guess that would make you more a speculator than a miner though?

  1. NO! We in no way are charging for the Ethereum Code Bot system – it is 100% FREE. We will never ask you for banking details. Once you have signed up, we will recommend a broker that works best with our software. You will deposit some funds with the broker to begin trading with – remember this is not a payment for us, but capital to trade with. The money is always YOURS and you can withdraw it from the broker at any time.
To make it easy we have taken a selection of Ethereum mining GPU’s and taken their average stats and metrics from our live ethereum exchange rates and mining network data. This allows us to get key data on how good the graphics card is – like how many days it will take to payoff you buying it and how much ether it should return per year. We also show second hand refurbished graphics cards that are generally cheaper and have a better return because of the cost price.
