“ether mining gpu hashrate”

From what we have learned from mining bitcoin back in 2013 to mining ethereum now is that the GPU’s that mine Ethereum produce a lot less heat then the SHA256 equipment we used for bitcoin but we have an open rig design to allow air flow to take away heat.
I also built a mining rig out of older components. Unlike Eric, I wasn’t worried about keeping the budget strictly at zero. I prioritized building the most powerful mining rig I could without buying specialty components. I was also interested in building an efficient miner to maximize profits. Still, I set my sights on something somewhat more exotic. Serious mining rigs often feature a half dozen graphics cards, or more, and I have the distinct advantage of a collection of older graphics cards packed away from past reviews and a handful of current generation GPUs I use for VR testing.
I think you also brought up in an earlier convo the point that the current stock has essentially sold out worldwide, so difficulty can’t keep increasing at the current rate. If there’s no new hashing power in the world that people can purchase and put online to hash ETH, then difficulty can’t keep increasing at the current rate. This difficulty “plateau” would be necessary for the 6-8 month, or even a 12 month ROI – and I certainly hope it is the case. Of course if nvidia’s volta comes in May or AMD comes out with midrange vegas or increases the supply of polarises then people will likely soak up all the GPU’s and difficulty increase until it’s game over and it’s not even profitable vs. electricity.
A: As long as your system meets the general requirements and has at least one GPU with at least 3GB of RAM, you can mine Ethereum.  Some Gaming laptops do have high end cards, but with the considerable heat generated from mining there could be other impacts to your laptop so it’s best to go with a desktop build.  Virtualized environments that you can rent usually do not have enough powerful dedicated GPU in them, or are simply not profitable if they do.  There are currently no ASICs for Ethereum (as it is designed to be an “ASIC Resistant” Proof Of Work hashing algorithim, so if you see ads for one – RUN.  ASIC’s are still profitable for mining some coins (Bitcoin, Dash and Litecoin), but for home built Mining Rigs, Ethereum and other altcoins are still profitable to mine (whereas Bitcoin is not profitable on a home pc – even with many powerful GPU’s do the Bitcoin ASIC technology available).
TJ Hooker, an AC unit takes MORE than 1W of electricity to remove 1W of heat. Air conditioning (and all heat exchangers for that matter) are not energy efficient. 2nd law of thermodynamics, and all that jazz. If he’s pumping 1000W of heat into the room, he’s probably using close to 1500W-2000W of air conditioning to offset it.
If you’re not already handy with computers, Linux/Windows scripting and command line, hardware troubleshooting, know how ethereum works, and can wait 2+ months to get the possibility of breaking even on your hardware purchase, you’ll get more for your money and time by focusing on learning how cryptocurrencies and trading work and perhaps invest some money (but only as much as you are willing to lose) and start trading it.
Genesis-Mining also this big company specialized in mining from 2013, The company offers different types of packages and the possibility of miningdifferent cryptocurrencies… At the moment the contracts are sold out,due to the considerable number of contracts sold this year. Only available Mining Ethereum. Visit the Website HERE
There is also work being done on Ethereum, which may move it from a “proof of work” to a “proof of stake” set-up. If this happens, it will result in an exponential rise in block difficulty that will make blocks virtually impossible to solve.
This post is an early bird. While I won’t charge a lot for my work, the price will also be affected by the cost of each of the individual components of the rig. Therefore, my idea is to find the best deals for each of the components. The better the deal the lower is the price of the final product. Every penny I save on the components is a penny you save on the final product. That is my policy.
The payment it absolut fine. Just the investments done by creditcard waits for 30 days. That is something normal to creditcardwork. I like to reinvest some of my BTC. And now, June of 2017, the prices of many cryptocurrencies are more raising then falling.
Payback Never you pay 930 to get back 450 that is not a deal when you can buy a rig off ebay for 3k and make 5k on it even with power cost it is better to own your own equipment not to mention that is the coin your mining is no longer profitable you can move to another coin. would be better to buy the equip and rent it to others at these prices
Let’s also hold the price of Ethereum static. By removing any profitability from the appreciation of Ethereum from the equation, we’ll be able to correlate the actual rates of return exclusively with hardware, electricity, and any other costs associated with running a mining rig.
The takeaway here is that hashrate has followed (with some appreciable lag) the ETH price explosion, which began in late January 2016, saw some downturn in late 2016, but then exploded again in Q2 2017.  What an amazing bull run! Up to almost $400 USD from just $10 USD in a few short months.
I purchased 6 1070 FTW edition GPUs and they have two 8-pin power connectors each. Do I need to get more powers supplies to accommodate the extra 8-pin slot? Also, should I have connector branch from the power supply to both 8-pin slots or give each slot on the GPU its own connector to the power supply?
The mining process requires energy consumption and human resources for the maintenance. In order to cover these fees all users are issued with maintenance and electricity fees (MEF) accordingly to their contract type and hashrate.
The HD 7990 was released in 2013 and is harder to purchase from stores as this series has been superseded by the R9 series released in 2015. Internally, the HD 7990 with 6Gb RAM consists of two AMD HD 7970 GPUs with 3Gb RAM each packaged together.

  1. Hashflare: Is one of the best and popular cloud mining services that are on the internet in 2017. Their prices for GH/s are just insane and they should be sold out very soon. I personally purchased about 33,500 GH/s ala 33,5 Th/s and it earns me roughly about 80–120 each day.
As the procedure goes, after the public hearing it will move forward. Now every mining centre will want to have an attorney as they have to defend themselves if the market is still important to them. It was reported by the mayor that approximately 10% of the town’s power was consumed for notorious mining activities as of the end of February, 2018. On a personal note, Mr. Read confessed that it’s much better to see such consumption from a hiring company than from all-automatic ones.
Something I’ve done when building out a GPU mining farm, is to do the OS/DRIVERS/MINING setup and then just clone the solid state drive using a 2 bay hard drive dock with offline clone feature built in.
The one extremely important factor that you and all people with this argument forget to mention is that the price/value of ether has gone up at a faster rate than the difficulty… Simply put, making less ether over time, but each ether is worth more! Currently, 2800 worth of hashpower will break even in only 6 months and anything after that is profit! Keep in mind, ether is in a downtrend right now, when it explodes again, breakeven will likely drop to 4-5 months. Btw, Genesis doesn’t charge you for electricity, so there’s big savings to consider there too. Thanks!
Eobot is the easiest, cheapest, and best way to mine ETH. You can mine and hash cryptocurrency with Cloud Mining, or you can use any CPU or GPU for any coin, SHA-256 or Scrypt, any computer, as many computers, and with immediate mining results.
