Compare the above to my 2 x R9 390X GPUs mining rig. Hashrate is ~ 62.8 MH/s. Again from the mining calculator, my expected earning is 1.210311 ETH (USD 14.16) per day or 8.4722 (USD 99.12) per week. Mining rig consumes ~ 700 watts. This is equal to 700 x 24 = 16,800 watt-hours per day, or 16.8 kWh. 16.8 kWh x USD .17 per kWh = USD 2.85 per day in electricity.

Nvidia’s GTX 1070 isn’t just a great graphics card for gaming, it’s also an excellent mining GPU. This is because it manages a high hash rate of around 30 mh/s without needed too much power. Vega 64 is great for mining coins based on Cryptonight.. When you were able to get the Vega 64s at MSRP they were beyond good. RX550 was also a steal of a deal. Right now the RX550 is much better than the RX580.
When you execute a transaction or contract in the Ethereum network, you use gas. A calculation that requires more hashes or computing capability will need more gas. While gas is not a token, it is usually measured and paid out as a fraction of ether. Gas is important because it assigns a value to transactions within the network. It prevents miners from performing computations that have no value to the system and makes it costly for scammers to attack. 
I just built a 6 card Rig with Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Windforce OC cards and a MSI Pro Z170A SLI Plus Pro Motherboard. I am getting rock solid stability at 194 Mh/s with GPU temps 57-47-53-53-53-47. My power usage is 850 watts. Runs real cool. I highly recommend the marriage of these parts. Very pleased with the Rigs performance.
