If your break-even time is 0 you have likely forgotten to input your hardware cost below. If it is never, your break-even time has been calculated to be greater than 10 years. This is likely due to a large diff change value which causes your predicted profitability to turn negative in the future. You could try lowering the diff change for a less agressive prediction or disable it altogether.
The ideal GPU when it comes to mining Ethereum is one which offers the highest hash-rate at the lowest power. Currently there are GPUs which provide hash-rates up to 46MH/s at the upper end and at the lower end there are GPUs which offer a hash-rate of about 24MH/s. not if ethereum is your only plan and you have to pay full price on cards. i can buy cards as business expense, so no tax for me. i can write them off, so they’re again half in price. i bought some to a decent low price, (gtx 1070 for 400€) so total expenses I need for break even is 180€ per card. this should/could work out. and if not, I can sell the cards off for half the price and still be able to break even (without any cent mined), although I would rather stick to it and mine for the only real reason to mine: support an idea. be it a crypto currency or something like folding at home.
If you plan to run Linux, you can use pretty much anything, including a ~$5 16GB USB stick (we’ll be using Claymore miner, which doesn’t write Ethereum’s DAG file to disk, so we don’t need to worry about wearing a USB stick out due to constantly writing to it, like with the stock ethminer). With that said, SSDs are pretty cheap nowadays and it might be nice to have one in case you want to try Windows at some point.
GeForce Titan V from Nvidia is perfect for those who are looking for the Ethereum mining hardware with an unmatched hashrate. Titan V uses a new type of graphics processor named Volta, which is a brand-new architecture that’s quite different from Pascal and Maxwell, with 64 CUDA cores per SM (instead of the usual 128), HBM2 memory, and other changes that Nvidia hasn’t fully disclosed at this time. The same processor is also found in Tesla accelerators. The Nvidia Titan V targets a very specific audience and is intended for serious number- crunching (such as machine learning, AI, and high-performance computing (HPC) applications).

  1. Note: If you lose your keys, you lose access to the account and its ether balance, permanently. Private keys cannot be generated from public ones (obviously) and the password you’re asked for when creating the account is just a means to encrypt the private key, not regenerate it. Therefore, remember your password!!!!
    As I mentioned above, you can choose to build your mining rig with a nice custom built case or you can save money and use a plastic storage crate or milk crate.  Both work equally as well except one won’t look nearly as good.
    An interesting notion, but my gut says overall performance will be poor for two reasons. First, memory bandwidth. Even premium dual-channel boards top out around 30 GB/s, yet the lowly 1050 Ti can do better than 100 GB/s. Second, even if you had the bandwidth, low shader count wouldn’t let you work with it fast enough. Also, you ‘d need iGPUs with OpenCL support, which I believe requires Haswell and later ( I know my Sandy Bridge HD 3000 doesn’t do OpenCL ). If you had a bunch of AMD APUs, that’s a different story, of course.
