“ethereum mining calculator with gpu”

The rig(s) you order will be tested for up to one week before being shipped to you. This is done to make sure that you get the rig in perfect condition. This also allows me to make sure that all hardware is working as intended.
A quick question: So you’re saying that setting the MC to 600 Mhz gives you a hashrate of 30mh/s? I have a R9 390 8 GB (I’ve been testing it out for Ether mining before I invest in building a multi gpu system), and my MC/CC is set to 1500/1000 mhz and gives me around 30 mh/s. When I overclock it to 1675/1185, it gives me around 34 Mh/s… (Claymore, Win 7 64 bit OS).. temp stays between 60-70 degrees C.
I’ve received several questions about configuring drivers, adjusting overclocking/undervolting settings and configuring the mining software. Below, you’ll find a very brief 5 min video showing how to implement these 3 important steps in the mining rig configuration process.
AS THE bitcoin price continues to fall, sceptics have started to wonder what will happen to the industry underpinning this digital “crypto-currency”. Around the world, hundreds of thousands of specialised computers have been built to create (or “mine”) bitcoins and, in the process, validate transactions and protect the system. How does bitcoin mining work?
As you can monthly profits reduce by near 1/3 every month with estimated total profits plateauing at $2750 around 6 months. A far cry from the $10,000 I was predicted to make. Sadly, this is barely enough money to pay for the rig I built for mining!
You must be new, but if Eth was to crash or go PoS there would be multiple no profitable cryptocurrencies to mine. Do your research, the only reason they are profitable is because of the horde is on ETH. HA noobs….they think they know everything.
While you will still be using your GPUs or ASICs, you have the choice to choose between mining in a pool, or by yourself, hence “solo” mining. Pool mining is where you join with a group of other miners and every miner contributes to mining blocks. The difference between this and solo mining is that your payouts are more consistent. Solo mining is hard, especially if you are running a small rig because you will most likely not find a block for a very long time unless you get very lucky. You can use the Coin Warz calculator to estimate how long it will take you to mine a block by yourself. Another benefit of pool mining is that it’s more consistent. You will get your payments consistently, unlike solo mining where it may take a very long time to get your payout. I recommend the Ethermine.org and Nanopool.org pools, each have a large list of crypto-pools to choose from. You can also check if your rig is online here, as well as how much crypto you have mined.
Another reason why people continue mining even when it’s unprofitable to mine Ethereum is because of their belief that Ethereum will be worth much more in the future.   Even though Ethers are worth around $300-$350 now, in 5 years they might be worth $3000-$3500.  So even if mining now is unprofitable, the coins will rise in value as time goes on.
Zcash uses the equihash algorithm. Same as btc gold. I bought my contract to mine zcash, but I don’t think it is unreasonable that in a few month’s time, Genesis might make it possible to mine btc gold with it since it is the same algorithm. If not, Zcash will still be hot. It is a win win!
Third, select the Graphics card you intend to use for mining. The calculator automatically enters the correct hashrate and power consumption. If your card isn’t listed or you’ve modified its performance, select the Custom option and enter the relevant figures manually. Note that GPU hashrates are entered in (Megahash per second aka MH/s; denoting millions of calculations per second).
The second day of work brought a lot of successes, as well as some failures and even few minor injuries. Everyone’s fine though; the minor inconveniences didn’t prevent us from keep doing what we were doing.
The specific duration of an Open-Ended contract is variable and determined by three factors: The mining difficulty, the Bitcoin vs USD exchange rates and the maintenance fee (This includes all electricity, cooling, development and servicing costs). We cannot control the first two factors which are unpredictable, but we do always deploy the latest mining technology, and do our best to keep it running at their maximum capability for you. You can find more in-depth information about the of bitcoin mining in our Customer Service Center.
By far the most powerful Ethereum miner, the Radeon R9 295X2 has a hash rate of 46 MH/s, drawing 500 W from the wall. This means you’ll see a yearly return of $1,454.18 USD annually per card. That’s right, over $1,400 per card. Some might think the GTX 1080 is a more powerful alternative, but they’d be wrong. If you want to generate serious revenue by mining Ethereum, the R9 295 X2 is your card of choice.
A couple of days ago I shared a quick tutorial on how to mine ETC (Ethereum Classic) with SMOS (Simple Mining OS), as there is an upcoming ETC Callisto airdrop happening, the idea to pre-mine couple of ETC’s sounded…
So for example if we have a single AMD Radeon R9 280X GPU available that is capable of producing around 24 MHS worth of hashrate when mining Ethereum and we enter that value in the calculator we are going to get an estimation of about 4.5 ETH mined in a day or a bit over $5 USD. This is making mining Ether on the Ethereum network a pretty good and profitable crypto currency to mine at the moment if the estimates are true. If you want you can check our Quick Guide on How to Mine Ethereum on Windows to get things started. The Ethereum Mining Profitability Calculator is pretty simple and dubbed as alpha software, but it works well, the code is written in Python and the source code is also available for anyone interested.
The total profit you would have accrued by the end of your mining rig’s profitable run would be $2,916.59. However, if you back out the initial upfront costs discussed above, you’ve actually made slightly less than you’ve invested. You could resell your GPUs to cut some of your losses, but your equipment will have lost a lot of value and that loss is only going to accelerate as newer mining equipment continues to improve at an impressive rate, something that is making GPUs from a year and a half ago already lose a majority of their value. Your GPU resale value will ultimately determine your overall mining investment return.
Never underestimate the power of the Radeon RX 400 series. The Radeon RX 480 is not only the cheapest GPU in this list, it is also easily the most economic GPU. This card has a hash rate of 25 MH/s while only drawing 150 W at max load. You’ll make over $700 USD annually per card! Comparitively to the RX 580, this card is an awesome Ethereum miner!
Additionally, the miner is awarded the fees paid by users sending transactions. The fee is an incentive for the miner to include the transaction in their block. In the future, as the number of new bitcoins miners are allowed to create in each block dwindles, the fees will make up a much more important percentage of mining income.
BitFury is a chip producer and rig maker. The Company has recently opened data a data centre for Bitcoin mining in Georgia. Although not the most popular mining provider in the market BitFury products are solid and reliable with a fair reputation.
Thanks to some great partnerships we have established with hardware producers, as well as to our large scale purchases, we get better mining prices on our employed technology. This means we buy the hardware cheaper than the market price. What also bears great importance, considering the maintenance costs, is the storage of the miners: we have several farms around the globe, and each location was chosen to fulfill two important criteria: cheap electricity supply and little or no need for cooling.
A fixed maintenance fee is deducted from all Open-Ended contracts for as long as they are profitable. Current maintenance fee: USD 0.00028 per GH/s per day. Be aware that the fee is fixed in USD, but deducted from the daily payouts in BTC. Please refer to the contract for further details.
Alternate Currencies   There are many different alternative currency that have sprung up based off of the idea and/or basic code of Bitcoin. A few of the more notable ones are litecoin, namecoin, PPCoin, and Ripple. To learn more about these, please visit our alternate currencies page.
I also built a mining rig out of older components. Unlike Eric, I wasn’t worried about keeping the budget strictly at zero. I prioritized building the most powerful mining rig I could without buying specialty components. I was also interested in building an efficient miner to maximize profits. Still, I set my sights on something somewhat more exotic. Serious mining rigs often feature a half dozen graphics cards, or more, and I have the distinct advantage of a collection of older graphics cards packed away from past reviews and a handful of current generation GPUs I use for VR testing.
I’m with GM for a year. I sincerely recommend GM due to the low cost of the account. At any time you can change addresses, which is very valuable. For one year there have been no problems with payouts. So I decided to invest more in various cryptowals. For me GM is the best mine in the cryptowalut market. Sincerely Malgorzata from Poland
In terms of Ethereum mining performance, the R9 series has aged far more gracefully (even though it was introduced in 2015) than the more recent RX 400 / 500 series (which launched in 2016 and 2017, respectively).
It is worth mentioning that this is a side project. I will keep working on 1stminingrig as I did before – I’ve got new articles on the way, I will keep being involved in the community as much as I humanly can.
