Hard Drive – You’re going to need a hard drive to put the operating system and mining software on. Your standard SSD drive can work. The size of the SSD will depend on what you want to do while you’re mining. If you intend on downloading the entire blockchain, then you need to take into consideration how long that chain will get and shell out a bit more money. If you’re just interested in mining as part of a pool then you can manage just fine with a smaller drive.
Select DOGE as payout currency, and add a wallet address that you have setup in your wallet (created in “Much Receive” – In the Dogecoin Core wallet, you may also need to go to File and “Much Receiving addresses” to show any addresses you have setup previously – they can be selected and copied from here).
After you done all that for the FIRST GPU, you can repeat the process for each other GPU, always keep an eye in HWinfo64 for memory errors, so  that you don’t have an unstable rig. The rig can work with a bunch of memory errors but that can cause:
In great oversimplification, the Blockchain implementations of crypto-currencies like Ether require massive mathematical computations to be performed in order to keep them running. Having computers crunch these numbers can be expensive, so in exchange Ether is given to participants who turn in correct solutions. The process of exchanging compute power for crypto-currency is called ‘Mining’.
NANOPOOL – I use this pool to mine ethereum, and to monitor my rigs. At the part of -ewall after your ethereum adress you can put    “yourEthWallet.yourRigName/yourReportingEmailAddress” . That way nanopool will send you a email if one of your rigs goes offline. Also at nanopool website you can check your current hashrate of your rigs. If you see one rig reporting lower hashrate than it should you know something is wrong. Nanopool works very well as a monitoring tool.
First, you must calculate how much you’re hashing power will be. If you already have some GPUs that you’re planning to use, then you can use Google to find out its hash rate. Alternatively, you can use a site such as CryptoCompare to determine what the best value for money GPU is. However, I’ve not yet found a database with a full list so you may wish to start your own excel file and compare the hashrate you get per dollar spent. GPU prices can also vary significantly, country to country, so make sure you take this into consideration as well.
Payouts on Nicehash are minimum 0.1BTC four times per day. It’s also important to note that nicehash is approximately 20% less overall hashrate, but the switching feature may allow you to be more profitable than if you were to simply mine Ethereum.

There is a fourth possibility; which is that I missed the AMD driver update which fixed the speed problems for RX cards. I will do some more research and update the article. Thanks for pointing out the error though.

In Ethereum Mining, the difficulty is adjusted dynamically so that the network produces one block in every 12 seconds on an average. Thanks to the synchronization of the system, it is not possible to rewrite history or maintain a fork except the individual attempting to do so has over half of the mining power in the network.

  1. The Ethereum Platform rests on open-source software, and there is a risk that the Ethereum Stiftung or the Ethereum Team, or other third parties not directly affiliated with the Stiftung Ethereum, may introduce weaknesses or bugs into the core infrastructural elements of the Ethereum Platform causing the system to lose ETH stored in one or more User accounts or other accounts or lose sums of other valued tokens issued on the Ethereum Platform.
Making $250 per day on a $10,000 account is unrealistic, over the long-term. Using a cautious 2:1 leverage per trade—so you’re only risking 1% – 2% of the account for a given day’s move—you might make $50 – $100 per day. To realistically day trade FOREX for a living, you need at least $50,000 in the account. Then, $250 per day is a reasonable expectation.
The program might say that you have insufficient memory on your Graphics card to mine Ether, with Ethereum’s Ethash algorithm. If this is the case, you can still mine with your CPU, or go out and buy a new graphics card! If you get an error message like this, tap Ctrl+c, to cancel the process. Then you can either retry it, or alternatively, move onto step 16, and mine with your CPU, rather than your GPU.
Amazing article! I have been curious for quite awhile on not only how to mine DogeCoin but what it even was. Now I can sleep at night haha! I don’t think this will hold up as a currency (internet or not) quite as well as BitCoin will but it’s still interesting and looks like fun!
