Got my first payout of ~$70CAD(in BTC). I had a bunch of downtime this first week due to tweaking my clocks, drivers, algorithms, etc, so I’m hoping to keep in the $70-80CAD/week range with mining ETH and ZEC for ~2 months. I’ve decided to put invest my weekly payout(+cash to equal $100 total) into whichever currency has hit a low for the day, unless of course BTC is low at the time, in which case I’ll ride it out for a bit. Why do you need yo use the powered risers with the B250 MB? If I need to use powered risers do I need to make sure each bank A/B/C GPU and riser is from same PS? Or all powered risers need to be on PS as MB?

Hard Drive: $40. We strongly recommend SSD. Faster boot time, higher operation speed – it’s excellent, so don’t skimp on it! We’d recommend 80GB SSD, just to make sure, but even with 60GB SSD, you are good to go.
I have had a 2MH/s contract with them for about a month now – to tell you the truth, I signed up mostly to earn the right to use the poetical phrase: “I am mining ether in a cloud” :-). Genesis works fine – one thing: they keep back the ether you mine in the first month to make sure your credit card payment clears before they first transfer it to you.   1. This one is easy: buy the cheapest CPU that works with whatever motherboard you pick. When it comes to mining, the GPUs do all the work. Your CPU will essentially sit idle, so there is no reason to waste money on anything other than the bare minimum.
    Disclosure: Mining equipment metrics are calculated based on a network hash rate of 231,841 GH/s and using a ETH – USD exchange rate of 1 ETH = $ 685.09. These figures vary based on the total network hash rate and on the ETH to USD conversion rate. Equipment cost can vary, block reward is fixed at 3 ETH and future block reward reductions are not taken into account. The electricity price used in generating these metrics is $ 0.12 per kWh. Network hash rate varies over time, this is just an estimation based on current values.
