We’ve started by making the new office placement plan. We had to establish the exact dimensions and location of the office partition and its elements. During the process we’ve received the cables for electricity installation – luckily enough, the seller delivered as promised. The door between the two workshops has been installed too, so we can finally say that we open our doors for you, guys! (I had to say that, sorry!).
My friends and i mine Ethereum with our rig as well. My friend ran the calculations on a lot of different currencies and he agrees with you that ETH is the best one. I liked your post, gonna follow you now 🙂
Again, if your power is free (yay solar power!) and you have the money for hardware, or someone gives you hardware, and you have a room for a noisy mining rig (or rigs) then go for it. But if not, and you really believe in ETH you could just take all that money, plus $100 per month and buy ETH today.
Also, you can see what is the current block of the livenet by viewing the Ethereum net stats dashboard under the heading Best Block. For example, if under Best Block you have 610,002 and you reach this number in the download process, then you have finished downloading the blockchain.
Another popular choice when it comes to Graphic Processing Units for mining Ethereum, the Radeon R9 HD 7990 used to be the biggest name till the R9 295X2 came along. This device is still in use by many users but the biggest drawback it offers is that it comes with a slightly higher price but offers a lower hash-power. Nevertheless, the R9 HD 7990 is still one of the best GPUs to mine Ethereum.
Now that you have all the information you need to start mining Ethereum, the sky is the limit on what type and how many rigs you have.  Do you want to stick being a beginner or do you want to become a farmer? ?  Building mining rigs are computer nerd’s version of building a car.  It is extremely satisfying and as we know rewarding. Make sure wherever you plan on running the mining rig to have enough air flow.  GPUs running at 100% 24/7 generate a ton of heat!
Actually, I did talk quite a bit about the rising hash difficulty. Did you not read the last page? Did you not see on the front page where I talked about the ballooning DAG files making it harder to use older mainstream GPUs ( since most of them are 2GB VRAM or less )?
The Customer will receive Coins mined in accordance with the above Mining Power and in accordance with applicable Maintenance Fee (as per section 2b). If (i) the expected transaction fee (needed to ensure that the network will process the transaction) divided by the value of the payout is greater than 5% or (ii) the payout is below an equivalent value of USD 1.00 the Service Provider has the option to accumulate the payouts in the Customer’s account, until the payout value is sufficiently high to meet the requirements (i) and (ii).
The difficulty is the measure of how difficult it is to find a new block compared to the easiest it can ever be. The rate is recalculated every 2,016 blocks to a value such that the previous 2,016 blocks would have been generated in exactly one fortnight (two weeks) had everyone been mining at this difficulty. This is expected yield, on average, one block every ten minutes.
So back to the question: Is it worth it to start mining? If you’re just now hearing about Ethereum and interested in maybe jumping on board, that can be a hard question, and it depends on a lot of different factors.
Pangolin Miner is a mining hardware provider and shareholder of Whatsminer Company. They offer the WhatsMiner M3, a proficient alternative to the Bitcoin ASIC miner. All hardware is fully packed, tracked and will need the customer signature proof. Thus ensuring all products find their way to the customer.
Ethereum’s Ethash algorithm is one of many algorithms designed for optimal mining on GPUs. Generally speaking, a GPU is good for mining all GPU-mineable cryptocurrency (including Ethereum Classic, Monero, Zcash, and Vertcoin). This situation gives GPU miners enviable flexibility, in order to be able to switch between over 40 coins that are based on their current profitability.
I have compiled a list of current prices for various Graphic Cards for use with ethereum mining. Below is a list of prices and where to purchase the GPUs in both Canadian and United States prices and markets. Also included is a calculation of the cost per Mh/s, as well as the current profitability of each GPU with power taken into account. With this we can find the best cost to ratio for buying a GPU to mine with as of today, September 3rd, 2017. These are also all stock rates, without overclocking the GPU or making them more efficient.
The mining demand has driven prices well above their normal retail price. That said, the card achieves a hashrate similar to the GTX 1079 Ti and 1080 models. And it’s a fraction of the price and lower power consumption, at least compared to the 1080. However, you must keep in mind that this older technology will have a lower resale value than these Nvidia models (once it’s no longer suitable for mining).

Have a look at the quality-price ratio when choosing your video cards. Feel free to contact 2Miners support for an advice. By default you could purchase NVIDIA GTX 1060/1070 – this is a good option for beginners: there are many brands to choose from, and these cards are universal, so they work both on Ethash and Equihash algorithms. Do not combine AMD and NVIDIA GPUs on the same rig – if you choose AMD, then buy 8 AMD GPUs, if you select NVIDIA, then buy 8 NVIDIA GPUs.
The diff change value is calculated by looking at the current difficulty and comparing it to the 12 hour moving average of the difficulty one month ago. For smaller coins the diff change can sometimes be inaccurate due to a wildly fluctuating difficulty.
