You’d need to look those numbers up. I’m only familiar with the 4GB model. The 2GB is probably significantly slower at solving crypto compared to the 4GB. It’s not so big that you shouldn’t be mining, but it is big enough to throw off your power cost calculations.

The standard power supply in a desktop computer can be anywhere from 300W-500W.  But when your mining and you are powering up to 6/7 GPUs, you want to make sure you have enough power.  1200W+ is what you’re looking for and you want to make sure that it is Gold or better certified for efficiency.  Also, modular power supplies allow you to configure your cables individually which helps greatly when building out your rig.

Make sure to monitor CPU usage due to hardware interupts when tuning pci latency. With pci latency timer set too high, I had 100% CPU usage and mining barely worked. With it set too low, cards wouldn’t be detected at all.

I can’t find anything about mining on this card either, but some comments from forums leads me to believe it could be about double the speed of 7950 cards. giving you somewhere between 35-40Mh/s, but this could be wrong depending on the bandwitdth usage on the card. Could be much less. Best tip is to just try it. Would be nice to hear the result!
I got a Sapphire RX580 Nitro+ Limited Edition at 27MH/s, estimated to mine 0.01X ETH per day. The whole setting consumes ~500W/h (it would be more power efficient in multi-GPU), you may take mine as reference. AMD is saying to be better than NVIDIA based on the power efficiency. You can see the higher hash rate of 1070 / 1080, but the price is higher as well.

Power Supply: You’ll need to calculate how much power you need. To minimize the disruptions to your mining and settings you may want to also disable Windows Updates.  If you feel more secure leaving them on, you can do so and just understand there are very frequent updates that sometimes reboot your system without you’re involvement and therefore stop your mining.   
A quick question: So you’re saying that setting the MC to 600 Mhz gives you a hashrate of 30mh/s? I have a R9 390 8 GB (I’ve been testing it out for Ether mining before I invest in building a multi gpu system), and my MC/CC is set to 1500/1000 mhz and gives me around 30 mh/s. When I overclock it to 1675/1185, it gives me around 34 Mh/s… (Claymore, Win 7 64 bit OS).. temp stays between 60-70 degrees C.
If you’re not already handy with computers, Linux/Windows scripting and command line, hardware troubleshooting, know how ethereum works, and can wait 2+ months to get the possibility of breaking even on your hardware purchase, you’ll get more for your money and time by focusing on learning how cryptocurrencies and trading work and perhaps invest some money (but only as much as you are willing to lose) and start trading it.
