ETH could reach the Bitcoin? the answer is yes! seen the big rise in the currency and seen the increase of investors. For this reason we believe that it is worth mining and invest in Ethereum could have very good income in the months or in the following years.
James Clerk Maxwell said of the aether, “In several parts of this treatise an attempt has been made to explain electromagnetic phenomena by means of mechanical action transmitted from one body to another by means of a medium occupying the space between them. The undulatory theory of light also assumes the existence of a medium. We have now to show that the properties of the electromagnetic medium are identical with those of the luminiferous medium.”[4]
The HD 7990 was released in 2013 and is harder to purchase from stores as this series has been superseded by the R9 series released in 2015. Internally, the HD 7990 with 6Gb RAM consists of two AMD HD 7970 GPUs with 3Gb RAM each packaged together.
While I totally see yor point that most people might not want to invest 3,000$ in a space heater that you could spend 25$ on, that is not really adding anything the point as to whether it costs electricity or not. It is a valid point in its own right, but completely outside of the scope of the current discussion.
To create an Aether portal, make a base of 4 blocks side by side (or 2, if you leave out the corners). On the edge of both, stack up four glowstone, then close your rectangle. Finally, pour water inside it.
I follow the first set of instructions on this page (1) and click the GLSL Shaders Mod that it says I need it takes me to another page (2) I also download the shaders pack on page (1) and place it in shaderpacks folder
From simple crypto investments (buy & hold), speculative day trades, investments in cloud mining contracts, to building a custom 12 GPU ethereum mining rig. Sound enough? Not for me, it was yesterday I decided to…
you have usually two options: you can use the software that comes with the GPU or use one that you like, but note that it takes some time for third part software to catch up with new GPUs, but they are usually better… (for 480 and 470 you can use WattMan, that comes with the driver…)
Electricity Rate – Operating a Bitcoin miner consumes a lot of electricity. You’ll need to find out your electricity rate in order to calculate profitability. This can usually be found on your monthly electricity bill.
Gravitite Ore is a kind of ore in the Aether. Like zanite, gravitite can replace any other material, but it isn’t as durable as Zanite. Also, when you are wearing gravitite armor, you jump slightly higher and these blocks float upwards. Thus, this is the best armor to travel with because you can jump higher in the Aether unless you use phygs, moas or another form of transportation in the Aether.
So I tried adding a 5th card today (Red Devil rx 470) and can’t get it to detect on Windows 10. Other gpus are reference 480’s, Motherboard is Asrock H81 Pro BTC and I have powered risers, and plenty of power 1300 EVGA. 4 cards was working just fine but the fifth wont show up, fans just spin. Any recommendations?
By far the most powerful Ethereum miner, the Radeon R9 295X2 has a hash rate of 46 MH/s, drawing 500 W from the wall. This means you’ll see a yearly return of $1,454.18 USD annually per card. That’s right, over $1,400 per card. Some might think the GTX 1080 is a more powerful alternative, but they’d be wrong. If you want to generate serious revenue by mining Ethereum, the R9 295 X2 is your card of choice.
This could mean that the supply of Ether will significantly decrease, causing a dramatic increase in its value. On top of that, any user can now stake some of their Ether in order to validate blocks (as long as they are able to stake the minimum amount, to be finalized by Ethereum’s core developers), earning interest on their existing stake.
As mentioned make sure your power supply unit can handle the Graphics cards and that you have risers capable of placing extra GPU’s in a safe location. Make sure all the connections are in nicely and everything is held together firmly.

I am having trouble with a few bugs. for example, when I place leaves they dont wave :O and when I place spruce wood it waves in the wind ? so can you please update it? thx. it is on the ultra, I might try the normal one
For example, the RX 580’s hashrate has fallen from 23 MH/s (140 epochs) down to 18.5 MH/s (162 epochs). While the RX range is still great for mining other GPU coins, it’s quickly becoming obsolete for Ethereum mining.
As for what to do with GPU’s post PoW, maybe other coins will come along but if Casper (PoS) proves itself then that kills pretty much all need for PoW on any new coins. I don’t think many people in crypto actually realize how many problems Ethereum solves and that we are looking at a pending extinction level event for just about all other alt-coins, and perhaps Bitcoin also.
“I think the market had a spectacular run, and trees don’t grow to the sky,” Novogratz said this week, speaking at CBInsights’ Future of Fintech conference in New York. “So I probably still have roughly 10% of my net worth in crypto, but it’s been scaled way back.”
“After hearing about the cryptocurrency industry I wanted to get involved. Buying a plug & play rig from CoinMiner was the simplest and easiest way. Excellent decision as I’m making money from day 1!”
It could still be profitable. Hashflare raised their prices recently but Hashzone, based out of Amsterdam Netherlands, has cheaper mining contracts compared to Hashflare and for a limited time they’re giving away 20 GH/s free with new sign-ups. Also, they have a great support team. Been happy with them.
Also you are assuming difficulty will increase, for the most part it has increased here and there but often stays level for a month or more. With the switch to PoS it is reasonable to assume few people will be building mining rigs so it is also reasonable to assume difficulty will not rise much.
Posting this a second time…. I’m running MC v 1.17.10. I downloaded and installed the GLSL Shader Mod successfully, meaning I see the shaders button now when the game runs. When I click on it, the box where I expect to see shader files that I can select is empty. I have looked all over this site, but cant find shader files. Where are those located..??
I’m about to buy (1) R9 280x HIS R9 280X IceQ Boost Clock 3GB GDDR5 PCI-E DLDVI-I/HDMI/2xMini DP + (1) 750W PSU. I’m confident that I will be able to ROI, but it seems too risky because nothing else is worth mining with it besides Ethereum.
First of all, Ether might have several differences to Bitcoin, yet it still runs on blockchain technology. This means that the same problems, that all current blockchain technologies face, plague it too, mainly scalability.
Second only to Bitcoins, Ethereum and Ether are among the hottest digital assets today when it comes to the world of cryptocurrencies and blockchain based technologies. Mining for Ethereum is much easier compared to mining for Bitcoins simply because of the fact that it is possible to do so even at a home setup without having to invest much.
I’ve got a question. I’m loving the shader so far, but is there a way to make the night vision effect work with the shader? I’ve got the spider queen mod installed for 1.7.10 and when in the darkness you get permanent night vision, but with the shader active it’s still pitch black. The effect is still active, just no visible change. Any ideas?
For the first time, I am building a ethereum mining rig myself and now I want to share my experience with you. For the case, I have used a very simple wood construction for less than 10€. Here is the sketch:
