One of a kind mining rigs with 7-inch touchscreen and user interface. Thanks to SharkOS you can control the power of mining rig with a touch of a button and see real-time parameters for fan speed, power and other. No need to control remotely or use external monitor, mouse, and keyboard!
Using ethereum, the app doesn’t require one entity to store and control its data. To accomplish this, ethereum borrows heavily from bitcoin’s protocol and its blockchain design, but tweaks it to support applications beyond money.
Because of the GPUs, we’ll need several PCIe 2.0 x16 slots on the motherboard, and then cables known as “risers” to connect the GPUs to the slots. With these cables, we can also keep away the hot GPUs from the rest of the system. However, casual motherboards don’t have such a number of PCI-E slots, so a particular type of motherboard is required to run the rig. It uses PCIe 2.0 x1 slots instead of PCIe 2.0 x16 slots. Some motherboards have several PCIe 2.0 x1 slots, each for a riser and thus for a GPU. They’re said “BTC-ready“.  The brand ASRock has well-played its game, making bestsellers such as the ASRock H81 Pro BTC, which can be associated with a cheap Intel Celeron G1840 (< 50W TDP). But some altcoins are popular for dual mining with ethereum. If those coins go to ASIC, it will force miners to recalculate what makes for a profitable mining operation. Miner würden also weiterhin fleißig an den Transaktionsgebühren verdienen. Vielleicht würden dann ein paar Miner eventuell andere Kryptowährungen minen, indem sie ihre Rechenleistung aus dem Bitcoin Netzwerk entziehen und einem anderen Blockchain Netzwerk zur Verfügung stellen. Dadurch würde aber die Gesamtrechenleistung im Netzwerk sinken und die Difficulty würde sich automatisch anpassen. We examined the Bitcoin hardware movement, which led to the development of customized silicon ASICs without the support of any major company. The users self-organized and self-financed the hardware and software development, bore the risks and fiduciary issues, evaluated business plans, and braved the task of developing expensive chips on extremely low budgets. This is unheard of in modern times, where last-generation chip efforts are said to cost $100 million or more The AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 is the latest GPU from AMD that simply dominates mining.  Stock, it can mine Ethereum at 33 MH/s using around 200 watts but with a little tweaking, the hash rate can be as high as 41 MH/s using as little as 135 watts!  This card is simply a monster.  They are flying off the shelves so make sure you grab yours when you can.  You can buy them here. @Ursium I am a "hobbyist" miner. I have enjoyed cobbling together mining rigs with spare parts and am more than happy if i just break even. Right now, you are right, the "altcoin" markets are just pump and dump avenues. I do GPU mining, but have friends that do CPU mining (there still are CPU only coins being mined out there). There are two main ways to mine cryptocurrency, and that is local mining and remote mining. With local mining, you control and own all of the hardware and it all runs out of your home or office, but with remote mining you pay a company to rent or buy mining power and it runs out of an external facility. Below we’ll go over some of the benefits of both systems: And finally epoch 190 way off in the future and here we see that the GeForce 10 series still retains its original performance while the RX 500 and RX 400 series falls away massively. The older R9 390 series remains strong however and still isn’t much slower than the Titan X and 1080 Ti. The  Nvidia GTX 1070   is what I’ve been putting in all the rigs I’ve built for folks since about April of 2017 when all the AMD Rx 4 and 5 series cards sold out and doubled in price on secondary markets. It can mine at 30Mh/s while sipping only 100 watts of electricity. After testing several models, my favorite is the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Windforce OC (model # GV-N1070WF2OC-8GD). It has a twin fan design and seems to run cooler than most of the other 1070 models I’ve tested. If that model is unavailable, any twin fan designed 1070 will work well. Blower models like the Gigabyte 1070 Founders Edition mine at the same hash rate, but need more supplemental cooling like a box fan pointed at your mining rig. I’ve linked to Amazon above, but be sure to check eBay as well for availability since Amazon often limits the number of GPU units you can purchase.  You would need to flash your GPU BIOS using Windows. I have specifically not covered this in detail as it’s risky and I do not wish to take responsibility for flashed GPUs. However, there are plenty of sites out there that show you how to do it. Reorder the guide man I think - If you want to fast mine - go for 1 exchange address (took 15 sec to create 1 acc @Poloniex , later we transfert funds back from exchange to local wallet after get it synced ) . We’ll get into more advanced optimization in the next section of this guide, but as long as we’re on Windows, it doesn’t hurt to see what we can accomplish via some basic driver setting adjustments. We should be able to squeeze out some extra performance on most RX 470/480 cards and save a bit of power without venturing into the realm of BIOS mods. Ethereum intends to switch to a Proof of Stake scheme called Casper. Although this switch has been delayed, it’s reasonable to expect that it will occur in late 2018. Ethereum mining will no longer be possible after that, unless a hybrid Proof of Work/Proof of Stake model is implemented. Bearing in mind that electricity usage and efficiency are some of the most significant factors to consider here, you shouldn’t also forget that cheap mining hardware will bring in fewer Bitcoins. Be ready to spend much if you need an efficient and fastest Bitcoin mining hardware. The price and hash rate should not be the only guiding points when looking for the best Bitcoin miner. Just aim for the value, and while doing that, remember that the best ASIC miner is definitely is one that is most efficient. @philakone I just picked up a couple ASUS STRIX Radeon R7 370 Overclocked 4 GB cards to install in a new rig. Care to share the settings you used for your R7 370's or point to the thread? Much appreciated !! I would also recommend you buy an SSD as it is a just little bit expensive than HDD. So, you don’t have to buy any 240 GB SSD or; higher 120GB is enough. The only things that will be going on the SSD will be OS, Drivers & mining software. The bad news is that if you want maximum performance out of your rig, you’ll probably eventually want to flash your GPU BIOS under either operating system, but we’ll get into that in part 4 of this guide. But if you already know that overwriting your GPU BIOS with a custom replacement is outside of your comfort zone, then sticking with Windows will at least allow you to undervolt. Already, major crypto currencies like BitCoin and Ethereum have skyrocketed in value after only being “invented” a few short years ago. Industry insiders, investment experts, and financial gurus around the world all believe that crypto currency is only just getting started. ‘C:\Users\Username>’ the username placeholder is the name of your computer and is the usual display format by the command terminal. Locating Geth is the next step; type in ‘cd/’ into the command prompt terminal; this is an instruction to change directory. ‘C:\>’ should be highlighted now, which means you are currently in the C: drive.
What we are doing here with this article isn’t going to be a tutorial or guide, we’re not endorsing or encouraging the mining, trading, buying, or selling of Ethereum.  We are simply taking a look at the current landscape of GPU mining hashing performance, power draw, and current profitability of taking part in Ethereum mining.
The Geass P1-200 Ethereum miner is the first Ether miner in the world. The hash speed (Ethash) is 198MH/s ± 5% with a power consumption about 730w. With this 198MH Ethereum miner, your Ether mining career will be speeded up.
