“ethereum minedrift profitable”

The pool tab will indicate that both Ethereum and Decred is being mined as the same time. Please note that in the overview on the upper part of the application, only the Ethereum statistics will be displayed.
A: You can use any ETH wallet address for mining, but some exchanges do not allow mining or do not allow very small deposits so double check with the site if mining directly to a web-deposit address.  A good alternative to downloading the full Mist wallet and Ethereum blockchain is MyEtherWallet.com, which still allows you to manage your Ether wallet address and maintain control of your private keys (which is important for security and/or wallet backup and restoration if needed).
Hello, first, thank you for the tutorial, miner appears to be functioning. Hoever, it’s not working properly on my machine. I keep getting a Watchdog Error: must restart GPU. Please help me sort this error out. Thanks.
Oh man this mod looks great! Will get a mod spotlight done up so that more people know about it! Suggestion: Put this mod on planetminecraft if you havent already so that you can get more views and downloads! You totally deserve it man!
The Mist pakke indeholder Ethereum walletwhich du skal modtage minedrift overskud.
The Process of mining is essential to decentralized Ethereum network as it is used in smooth functioning, verification, and propagation of blocks, apart from an increase in the number of circulation of Ether. Ether is rewarded as an incentive for more people to join the blockchain and increase the network width.
Thanks for providing this info. I’m looking at putting some money I just took out of stocks into cryptocurrency, and this is a good guide as to what is affordable right now, and which coins have values that may skyrocket in the future. I’m going to bookmark this so I can use it for reference.
It’s possible to manage the heat with air conditioning and additional fans, but for every fan you add to the equation, the noise levels rise ever so slightly. With four cards and the extra fan running, the mining rig produces 54-56dB of constant noise. Admittedly, the small 8-inch fan that I’m running produces the bulk of the noise, but even with the fan turned off, the volume level in the room is considerable.
Most people who own a house don’t have free electricity. I’ve never heard of it. Using your rig as a heater is very poor. It doesn’t disburse heat nearly as well as a real space-heater. Also, that’s a general excuse that people use to justify high electricity costs…. Usually people have central heating and just make that up.
To make the Aether Portal you must have glowstone which is made from glowstone dust. To make an Aether Portal, you must have at least 10 glowstone blocks; 14 glowstone blocks if you want the corners, or 18 if you want the standing place shown with the picture above.
I can download it and click “shaders” in the shaders option in game, and it says “shaders initialized” but it still looks like vanilla Minecraft, even though I’ve followed all the steps. Please help. ?
There are two types of mining hardware: CPUs and GPUs. GPUs boast a higher hash rate, meaning they can guess puzzle answers more quickly. At time of writing, GPUs are now the only option for ether miners.
If you are building a “mega rig” which has 6 GPU’s you might find it more cost effective to have two separate power supplies because at 750 Watts and $100 each rather than a 1500 W and $300 dollars! We got a Seasonic 1200 Watt which you can buy here.
I’m wondering if you can help me troubleshoot something with Claymore Miner, though. It randomly crashes on me without any error messages (even when I add pause to the end of the start.bat to check). Is this because of some instability in my hardware? I haven’t overclocked anything and this is a fairly recent installation of Windows 10. It could be that the graphics card (GTX 1070) itself was factory overclocked and I might need to underclock it.
And since new Ether will likely no longer be created by mining, it could mean that existing holders of Ethereum will benefit disproportionately from the process of proof-of-stake due to their ability to put their existing Ether to work at a larger and faster stake than newcomers (this mostly applies to retail investors and not institutions with large amounts of capital).
Go to your EC2 console in AWS and change the zone to US East (N.Virginia). This zone happens to be the cheapest for the type of instance we’ll be using, and also contains a community AMI that has all the required mining libraries already installed for instant use.
It is often hard to select required PSU. Some of you might select a PSU that is way less than the required power supply. When you select the Power Supply Unit for the mining rig you will only use 80% of the total that can be supplied by the PSU.
Bitcoin and Ethereum use different technologies so they work differently thus they will need different hardware resources. However, you might still be able to use the same hardware but it won’t be that efficient if you were to use hardware dedicated to the particular blockchain.
 – For Power Supplies, you want to double check that your PSU has enough connections to support the number of GPU’s you are running and enough overall wattage to support your total system power draw (and to give yourself some buffer of at least 10-15%). A helpful site for identifying how many 6 or 8 pin PCI-E power connections your GPU will require is here (Realhardtechx.com) and to get a sense of your overall system power draw, this is a good power consumption calculator (outervision).  Pro Tip: if building multiple rigs stick with the same brand PSU as you can use extra cables on your other systems if needed (e.g. I use only EVGA G2 PSU’s so if I have extra VGA, sata or molex cables from one build I can use them on another build).
Davies does admit, however, that the reputation of cryptocurrencies as early vehicles for money laundering and criminality has placed regulatory barriers that may slow the adoption of blockchain. But he adds that this may change as banks now adopt the technology for reconciling complex transactions.
What would I do different now? First off, I would make the feet of the rig stand out at the bottom, so it is stackable. Probably it is also a better idea to have the PSUs on the outside of the rig. For mounting the cards, I have better used M3 screws, and the cards should no hang as high as they do now, because I had trouble with the first PCI-e riser on the very left being to short. Also, the conventional HDD is producing a lot of heat, SSDs are so cheap that I would definately go with one of these.

The Sapphire Radeon R9 295X2 is usually available at a price of $600. However since it is almost always out of stock some users prefer buying it over eBay where it is sold for inflated rates of $1100-$1500.
The question is how to connect 3 GPU (7950) to this PSU? Corsair CX750 have 4 cables 6+2. Can I use PCIE 8 pin to dual 8 (6+2) pin cable (https://cdn-reichelt.de/bilder/web/xxl_ws/E910/DELOCK_83433_01.png) ??
By far the most powerful Ethereum miner, the Radeon R9 295X2 has a hash rate of 46 MH/s, drawing 500 W from the wall. This means you’ll see a yearly return of $1,454.18 USD annually per card. That’s right, over $1,400 per card. Some might think the GTX 1080 is a more powerful alternative, but they’d be wrong. If you want to generate serious revenue by mining Ethereum, the R9 295 X2 is your card of choice.
Mining cryptocurrency is becoming an attractive source of secondary (and passive) revenue for many, and one of the most popular cryptocurrencies to mine right now is Ethereum. That’s because, in the realm of cryptocurrencies, it’s easily the second most established — only behind Bitcoin. That caused its price to skyrocket over the course of 2017; it went from less than $20 at the beginning of the year to near $1,000 by the end. Anyone that was into mining Ethereum in the early days made significant gains.
Compare with ETC profit at https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/calculator/etc or any other altcoin to see which is currently the most profitable to mine based on the price. After the ETH switch to PoS, mining another coin will be necessary but by then all the equipment should be paid for!
The short answer would be “It depends on how much you’re willing to spend”. Each person asking himself this will get a slightly different answer since Bitcoin Mining profitability depends on many different factors. In order to find out Bitcoin mining profitability for different factors “mining profitability calculators” were invented.
Think of it from a business standpoint. How many can you invest in a business and expect a return on your investment in even a year? Two years? Currently even at overinflated GPU prices you might see a return in ~6 months. In the mining community that seems like an insane amount of time. Crypto is an anomaly though. In business that’s a super win. Even if the timeline goes out to 8 months and then you start profiting it’s still considered a good investment. As good as just investing in ETH? Likely not. But we’ve discussed risk aversion and mining before.
Then again that is not always the top concern. One consideration is if you run a miner in a cold climate, then heat effiency can become the dominating factor. The reason being there is 0 cost to run a miner in a cold climate as it simply replaces the energy you put into a heater and it is as effective as a heater at heating your house. So as long as the amount of heat you produce is not in excess of what you need to keep your house heated, then there are 0$ electrical costs to run it. Once you pass this point then your profit margin diminishes as you will produce more heat than what is needed to heat the house (in other words you will open a window to help cool the house a little). Therefore Hash rate to heat output (equivalent to hash rate to energy consumed) would be more important than the initial price for the hardware.
