If your break-even time is 0 you have likely forgotten to input your hardware cost below. If it is never, your break-even time has been calculated to be greater than 10 years. This is likely due to a large diff change value which causes your predicted profitability to turn negative in the future. You could try lowering the diff change for a less agressive prediction or disable it altogether.
If you live in a hot region and use air conditioning, you actually consume more than double the listed electricity because the heat being produced in the computer has to be subsequently removed by the air conditioning, which is not 100% efficient.

Hashrate is the speed which you are mining, and is normally clearly displayed by your mining software or in the specifications for mining hardware. Cloud mining is very profitable and i highly suggest it everyone doing so. I do cloud investing since 1 1/2 years now, on many platforms. You’re confusing. Considering risers in bullet no.3. you first say that SATA to 4-pin molex is unsafe because of SATA, and then you say that SATA to 6-pin PCIe molex is safe. WTH ? The current goes though the same “unsafe” SATA cable.
That said, it’s still very profitable which is why huge farms are being set up because it will continue to be very profitable till the end of time. I have cards to help those who want to mine that I need to get rid of so PM me if you wanna buy some

2) Graphics Card – Pick your GPUs! Some graphics cards cost a fortune but don’t hash much whilst some are more reasonable but use more power. Ultimately its a balance between how powerful you want your rig to be and how much you want to spend – but a word to the wise – make sure you pick an efficient GPU. You can buy second hand GPU’s from reputable providers such as GPU Shack – be careful though when you buy them off a street corner as often they have problems that you won’t see until you get the card home and plugged in.
