2. What PSU valtage do you recoment since both the logic that you used with the 20% rule and this calculator by OuterVision (https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator) (the same as the CoolerMaster one) is suggesting that you buy “bigger” PSU? (GPUs use a variable of 150, meaning around 1000 and then adding the processor and the 20% rule getting us at 1600W PSU or 2x650W PSUs) And since we are the the PSU topic – what brands do you recommend and do you recommend getting 2 PSU in the first place?
Amazing article! I have been curious for quite awhile on not only how to mine DogeCoin but what it even was. Now I can sleep at night haha! I don’t think this will hold up as a currency (internet or not) quite as well as BitCoin will but it’s still interesting and looks like fun!
HashFlare is a new range of cloudmining services brought to you by the HashCoins team of cryptomining experts. The team has been involved with cryptocurrencies since the inception of Ethereum and has over 3 years of experience in the field of mining cryptocurrencies. From here you can buy packages and start mine Ethereum and other Cryptocurrencies. The prices of their packages start at around $ 2.00 “it all depends on the power of the package”. Visit the Website HERE
Based in Romania, Costa Nord Mine offers Ethereum cloud mining services, allowing users to purchase hashpower without having to deal with complex hardware and software configuration. Costa Nord Mine offers mining services and a variety of mining-related solutions for small and large investors.
But what do miners get in return for doing all the heavy lifting?  Ether reward coins.  The catch is that mining tends to require more and more power over time, as more people invest in more powerful hardware.  This is called mining difficulty and increases exponentially with the number of people mining and competing for their Ether reward.
I personally will give you one advice as most of the graphics card becoming out of stocks you can look out for the other sellers or used graphics cards on Amazon they are really cheap and affordable. Importantly they are well in condition.
Our CTO, Stefan Schindler stated “The reason we are able to continue reducing the price for our customers is due to heavy optimization of the Enigma farm and economy of scale. We are proud of bringing Ethereum Mining mass deployments to a next dimension with Enigma.”
Not only are you offering convenience in the form of another payment option, you are bolstering a decentralized and increasingly-important cryptocurrency, which cuts out various middle men. I’m sure this is good both for you and for us, the consumers. Thanks for being pioneers!

If you only want to use 3-4 GPUs in your rig, then you’ll have a much easier time. Most boards with up to four PCIe slots should accommodate a GPU in each. Keep in mind that you can use old hardware that you have sitting around—the board doesn’t have to be recent. I dug out an old ASRock 970 Extreme4 that I used four years ago for litecoin mining, and it still works fine today for up to 4 GPUs (5 is possible with some work). So it’s possible to pick up an ancient board on eBay/Craigslist for nearly nothing and mine with less than 6 video cards.
I am selling a 68 GPU Mining Rig. Have listed it once, but was out of the country so I am listing it again now that I am ready to sell. The rig has been mining since October, warranty on the cards is still good until August. I am moving out of Canada hence the need to sell. The entire farm is composed of 6 rigs each with 12 cards, (68 total). If all the rigs are mining it currently pulls in roughly $4500 CAD/month with a $500 CAD power bill. This is without overclocking. None of the GPUs have been overclocked yet. I would be willing to sell each rig separate (1 MOBO 12 GPUs), or all 6 rigs at once, all 6 rigs are built onto 2 metal frame racks that will be included with the sale of 3 or more rigs. Email me with questions and to set up a time to meet. Transaction can be any major crypto, but ethereum is preferred. Parts listed below.
The power supply is an important component in your rig. It has to be able to supply enough watts to power all of your video cards. The  NVIDIA 1080 TIs will typically require 250 watts each. After you under clock the them, the power consumption should drop to 150 watts. To be safe, I still recommend purchasing more power supplies than necessary for three reasons.
By entering the above details into an Ethereum Mining Calculator, you’ll be presented with a rough guide of your expected profits. While the calculator will automatically enter the current figure for difficulty, keep in mind that difficulty is very likely to rise in the future. Ethereum’s high price lures in more miners!
If you’re new to the world of crytocurrency this guide should give even an absolute beginner all of the knowledge needed to put together an efficient Ethereum (or other GPU-minable altcoin) mining rig using readily-available consumer hardware.

Mining solo, while sometimes more profitable, it’s usually not the right choice for most miners. When mining solo, you are doing all the work alone which means that you’ll receive the entire block reward, the problem is that mining is also based on a luck factor, which means that if your hashpower isn’t high enough, you may never see a reward come your way. With pool mining, however, this variance is eliminated and you receive payments that correspond to the portion of the work that you have done.
A Radeon RX 470 offers you an average hash rate of 24.0MH/s. Its daily power cost is at $0.4320, with the cost per MH/s at $9.13. This model of GPU will give you a return per day of $1.15 and a return per year of $418.16. You will need to pay around $220 for Radeon RX 470.
Just a hypothetical, but say someone had (legal) remote access to 5,000+ normal desktop computers. If he/she were to install the software on them, could it be profitable? On-board Intel graphics type machines.
