The questions are arranged in the order commonly followed in what is technically termed taking the case: my model hart, grünlich, roäffe- rig, febr
Sapphire Radeon R9 295X2 is a clear winner in terms of hash tags, since it can deliver amazingly high hash rates to the tune of 46 MH/s. Apart from hashing power, Sapphire Radeon R9 295X2 is also regarded for a sound return on investment and a remarkable RAM of 8GB. However, owing to a huge gap between demand and supply, it is usually in short supply. This is also the reason for its inflated black market price that is almost twice its original price.
@AlBoKa Thats more than half of profit. Good thing ether is not as power hungry as other coins. You can downvolt, downclock and still minor decrease on hashing speed. Just find the sweetspot. Happy Mining.
-A positive note better than most unclear competitors: The Ethererum Mining plans will run for a maximum of 24 months, however, should Ethereum (“ETH”) switch to proof-of-stake before the end of the term, we will use the leased hardware on a best-effort basis to mine the most profitable coin with that hardware for you. Please refer to the contract for further details.
If you are looking for a solid Ethereum mining hardware, then the Titan cards are something you should look into. GeForce Titan Xp impressed many miners. The large amounts of VRAM are supplemented by an excellent hash rate without too much expenditure of power. Same as RX Vega 64, its top-end AMD rival, this card can be overclocked up to 42 Mh/s, but it will consume 300 W when pushed that hard. On the other hand, the RX Vega 64 achieves a very similar performance but for about half the price.
Mais pour ceux qui en ont la possibilité, et encore plus s’ils ont l’électricité gratuite (qui est un des plus gros postes de dépense du mining), alors miner avec son propre rig est de loin la solution la plus rentable à long terme.
*While my guides deal with setting up and optimizing AMD’s GPUs, nVidia’s 1060 / 1070 video cards are also excellent for mining. Generally these days I tend to recommend whichever is cheaper (and right now, that’s AMD). But if you find a deal on some nVidia 1070 GPUs, don’t hesitate to grab them—they perform just as well as AMD’s offerings, and are arguably easier to set up (just remember to install nVidia drivers instead of AMD’s if you follow the rest of my guide!).
To solve this problem, the Dogecoin developers added AuxPoW support – referring to the fact that now the “PoW” or proof-of-work done by miners of other coins would be accepted in certain circumstances.
Next select a motherboard for your mining rig. Boards support a variable number of graphics cards, and may only accept specific types of processors and memory. See the Details of each board to quickly identify proper pairings.
Click on Save Your Address then select the “Keystore File” radio button and then click on “Select Wallet File”, browse to your recently downloaded Keystore File (which starts with “UTC…”) and select it.
You’d need to look those numbers up. I’m only familiar with the 4GB model. The 2GB is probably significantly slower at solving crypto compared to the 4GB. It’s not so big that you shouldn’t be mining, but it is big enough to throw off your power cost calculations.
Hi Omer, Nope, Bitcoin can only be mined with any kind of profit using ASIC mining hardware. These are specialised devices which can only be used for mining specific algorithms. However, you could use those cards for GPU mineable coins. Like in my answer to Daniel just below, there are sites where you can check out the most profitable coins to mine and also places to calculate your profits. Here’s a site with suitable coins for GPU mining: https://btcgo.org/coin/mining/Gpu/ This will help you calculate your likely profits, but you’ll need to know your cards’ hashrate, power costs and some other… Read more »
