If someone need or want to mine ETH there a good offers, low cost/high Mh/s & Gh/s for rent (from 0.0007 per day) at this website: https://www.miningrigrentals.com/ I’ve been renting 1 since monday with good results and lower cost than buying equipment and paying electricity, Let’s wait to ETH rises up over $15 again !
Disclosure: Ethereum mining profitability results are calculated based on a network hash rate GH/s and do not account for difficulty or exchange rate fluctuations and a pool’s efficiency. If you are mining within a pool, the estimated Ethereum profitability can vary depending on the pool’s efficiency and fees. GPU hash rates used for calculations are gathered from online sources or submitted to us by mining enthusiasts like you. Actual results may differ from the ones listed in Ethereum Mining Rig Builder.
It’s only been a short while but everything seems to be going well. I really like how you are able to allocate different percentages for the specific coins you want mined! When are the lifetime contracts coming back?!? I really want to get one of those!
Thanks to some great partnerships we have established with hardware producers, as well as to our large scale purchases, we get better mining prices on our employed technology. This means we buy the hardware cheaper than the market price. What also bears great importance, considering the maintenance costs, is the storage of the miners: we have several farms around the globe, and each location was chosen to fulfill two important criteria: cheap electricity supply and little or no need for cooling.
Now replace “” with your Ethereum Wallet address (which starts with 0x…) so copy that from your other text file and paste it here.  Then replace “” with any name you would like to create for your miner.  We’ll use “MiningRig1” for our example, so you now have:
Hello ? I am interested in building the rig, I have 2 questions for you : what is the total kw/h of the rig, and also, I would like more information about the internet bandwidth and quantity of data you recommend for constant mining; I live somewhere remote and this will be influancial to where I will be hosting the rig ?
Ether is an absolute essential, as it serves as fuel for the smooth running of the Ethereum platform. An interesting way to look at Ether is an incentive used to motivate developers to create top notch applications.

Ethereum uses a different hashing algorithm to Bitcoin, which makes it incompatible with the special hashing hardware (ASICs) developed for Bitcoin mining. Ethereum’s algorithm is known as Ethash. It’s a memory-hard algorithm; meaning it’s designed to resist the development of Ethereum-mining ASICs. Instead, Ethash is deliberately best-suited to GPU-mining.

Bitcoin’s public ledger (the “block chain”) was started on January 3rd, 2009 at 18:15 UTC presumably by Satoshi Nakamoto. The first block is known as the genesis block. The first transaction recorded in the first block was a single transaction paying the reward of 50 new bitcoins to its creator.
1080s are not great for ethereum mining since they use a different kind of memory. The 1070ti do use the DDR5 that the ethereum mining software is optimized for. Still, bang for your buck-wise, plain 1070s or 1060s 6gb are probably the way to go.
Install your GPU Drivers like you normally would (Next, next, Ok, etc.) and reboot.  Afterward, you know your GPU’s are recognized correctly if you go into Device Manager (search in Windows search bar) and you don’t see any warning marks on your GPU’s and it shows them correctly like this:
Conversely, if you are up for it, CPU mining can be done. Just type in ‘ETHMINER’ then the enter key to start the process. The building of a DAG is still required in this step after which Geth takes over communication with Ethminer.
Like clockwork my payouts have been showing up in my wallet since I started mining with Genesis-mining. I have been with these guys for several years and recommend them to anyone who wants to dip their toes into crypto mining.

Mine is a Frankenstein type so I did not worry of buying new GPU’s. In the long run, once my investment has gone full blown, I can buy new rigs. If ever things goes down, I still have the option to sell my GPU’s and at least I have return of my investment even though not 100%.
i bought several diff contracts so far im not even 5% got my investment back , be cheaper to mine at home and pay for power bill than hiring mnining contracts most dont give back more than 33% of ur investment. these cloud mining comps need to pull their socks up otherwise all that hardware cost will bankrupt them for them trying to out fund us crypto miners out there
The Titan Xp can be overclocked to 42 MH/s, but it will consume 300 W when pushed that hard. It achieves an excellent hash rate without too much expenditure of power. Meanwhile, its top-end AMD rival, the RX Vega 64, achieves a very similar performance for about half the price.
Thanks for the comment. I believe that Nixon ended convertibility into gold — he did not end the relationship between the US’s gold reserves and the dollar. The dollar is still backed by the tremendous amount of reserves held by the US government, which is why it’s among the most stable currencies in the world.
Radeon R9 HD 7990 is yet another highly sought after Graphic Processing Unit by Ethereum miners. It enjoyed the highest popularity ratings prior to introduction of Radeon R9 295X2. In spite of this many seasoned miners continue to use Radeon R9 HD 7990 in spite of its higher price tag in relation to its hash power that stands at 36 MH/s. Radeon R9 HD 7990 delivers greater power efficiency at 300 Watts. Radeon R9 HD 7990 sports 6GB HDD45 RAM. Radeon R9 HD 7990 is undoubtedly the second most ideal GPU for Ethereum mining after R9 295X2.
Ethereum is distributed among a public blockchain, much like Bitcoin, but it has a completely different blockchain protocol than Bitcoin. Bitcoin’s blockchain is based on proof of work (PoW), while Ethereum’s blockchain is soon to become based on proof of stake (PoS).
The Securities and Exchange Commision (SEC) has issued a new report warning about the dangers of unregulated crypto exchanges and that all trading platforms exchanging digital assets that are considered securities must register with the SEC.  Does That Mean ALL Exchanges Have to Register with the SEC? On March 7, 2018, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commision (SEC) published a new report regarding the current state of cryptocurrency exchanges and the potential risks for investors.
You suggested the usage of the GIGABYTE 1070 with the model number #GV-N1070WF2OC-8GD, however, on Amazon (at least on the German Amazon), the power usage of it is noted as 500w and I don’t really understand how six of those are supposed to work together with a PSU with 1000w. Is that information simply wrong or am I missing something?
Hi Elmer, unless you are using the six pin connector on a discrete card, it will pull wattage from the PCIe slot — and you will overdraw if you use more than one RX 460. I apologize for not making this clearer.
We try to make it as easy as possible for you to compare bitcoin, Ethereum and litecoin mining contracts by ranking them and using live data to give you all the metrics you need to make a decision. If we don’t think the contract provider is legit – we say so – and if the stats say the contract makes no sense – we let you know that it isn’t profitable.
It is very easy to burn out your GPUs – I’ve done in two, but luckily got warranty replacements. The first just stopped working after one day. And one of the fans got “sticky” in the second one after a few months.
The card should have at least 3 gigs of RAM or it won’t be able to properly mine Ethereum. This is due to the growing DAG file (directed acyclic graph) used in the Ethereum Proof of Work hashing process.
Please note I am not a market professional. I am not responsible for any trading losses that may be experienced by following my wayward lead, in fact I recommend you don’t follow my lead. 🙂 Have fun and happy trading.
Some people have reported that their rigs won’t boot unless they have a monitor connected, although this seems to be fairly rare (my own rig boots fine without a display attached). If this happens to you, you’ll need a dummy plug.
If you believe in the Ethereum concept (despite the failure of the DAO and doubts regarding the viability of Ethereum’s approach), you can support and gain voice in the Ethereum network through mining.
Disclosure: Mining metrics are calculated based on a network hash rate of 231,642 GH/s and using a ETH – USD exchange rate of 1 ETH = $ 712.07. These figures vary based on the total network hash rate and on the ETH to USD conversion rate. Block reward is fixed at 3 ETH and future block reward reductions are not taken into account. The average block time used in the calculation is 15 seconds. The electricity price used in generating these metrics is $ 0.12 per kWh. Network hash rate varies over time, this is just an estimation based on current values.
