Ethereum is an open blockchain platform similar to Bitcoin but with additional in-built flexibilities. With Ethereum, the blockchain can be considered to be intelligent thanks to the Ethereum Virtual Machine and Smart Contracts. Whereas with Bitcoin it’s a glorified ledger.
Moving away from a single GPU to a mGPU configuration makes the most sense if you are even considering mining.  You already have the necessary cost of operation (motherboard/system power) so adding GPUs to the mix pulls more return than a single GPU.  We could have run many different mixed GPU workloads but we picked a few and ran with it.

all these ‘experts’ on here saying you could never produce an asic because it relies on memory don’t know what they’re talking about. You can design the circuit and asic to utilise whatever kind of memory is optimum. If you want large amounts of memory there are cheaper memory parts out there than the kind used in GPU cards (which are the most expensive) and if you want faster memory bandwidth then with asics you can have multiple busses, or very large busses to give you the bandwidth you need. So YES, an asic is not only possible but it would be faster than GPUs… But would it be economically viable? is it worth doing? (no!.. because PoS is coming)
All mining activities run on the GPUs so you won’t need a very powerful CPU to run the rig. Your CPU won’t be used during mining so a lower power chip is prefered. An Intel i3 or Celeron chip will work just fine in a LGA 1150 motherboard.
worst article ever, get your fact right, you state different speeds for the same card (RX vega 64) and clearly you dont have a clue, i mine with rx580 and my hashrate its 30 with bios mod and propper patched drivers for mining

Laut den Berechnungen von Vitalik Buterin sollte Ethereum heute, mit einer Blocknummer von 3,7 Millionen und ein paar Zerquetschten bei einem Block-Interwall von etwa 55 Sekunden sein. Tatsächlich sind es aber nur 15. Der Grund ist, dass die Miner im Lauf der letzten Monate massiv in neue Mining-Hardware investiert und damit die Hashrate hochgetrieben haben. Unter normalen Umständen würde dies dafür sorgen, dass die Interwalle zwischen den Blöcken kürzer anstatt länger werden.
Also, this calculator shows that DAG size will only reach the point to render 3GB unusable around the end of this year (block ~6.9 million, epoch 231), not epoch 180 like shown in the article. Not sure which to trust…
What we see here is a 2.5 times improvement over the Ethereum hashrate of a GTX 1080. Eventually, this card was tailored to mine Ethereum and maybe one more coin as a secondary. I wonder about the price of those cards.
What I recommend is running a command prompt (I assume you’re in Windows) and then navigating to the Ethereum folder and running the bat file. Doing it this way, the output will not disappear and you’ll be able to get the error message which will help in diagnosis.

You total wrong , memory clock DOES AFFECT on your speed . Your MSI Afterburner does not have “unofficial overclocking limitations” enabled thats why when you “slided way to the left, down to the minimum ” it does nothing – it just stays at default memory clock (1250 -1375 – 1500 default is popular ) ,so your speed at that time NOT AFFECT by memory overclocking because it already @stock lol .
