Okay so I have read about ethereum’s asic resistance… it’s designed to be profitable with GPU’s and they dont want asics to “destroy” that like it happened with bitcoin and scrypt miners. But I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be profitable? I understand that the Ethash algorithm needs lots of memory and that’S not cheap. But why hasn’t a company just produced them in bulk for a lower price and made it profitable ?!
I know Panda is packaged GPU’s but I’m not sure OP is aware enough of ethash’s reliance on commodity memory architecture and how that precludes ‘ASIC’ (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, rather than ‘black box with fans’) from being developed. So I didn’t want to get too technical.
In some cases, your motherboard BIOS might not be set-up correctly straight away. If you’re adding your GPUs one by one, and at one point your rig crashes, and you’ve eliminated GPU related issues, then it’s likely that your motherboard is the issue. Have a look around the forums for help, but often you will need a few settings changing. Personally, I’ve had experience with having to disable switch off some BIOS features and altering allocations, but system setups vary largely so I would say Google is your best friend.

Die Difficulty ist meines Wissens noch nie spürbar gesunken und der Hype ist noch nicht vorüber. Solange 400€ für Karten gezahlt werden, steigt sie weiterhin enorm an. Dazu tausende Vorbestellungen, die noch geliefert werden.
