“Mining-Pool für Ethereum”

What we see here is a 2.5 times improvement over the Ethereum hashrate of a GTX 1080. Eventually, this card was tailored to mine Ethereum and maybe one more coin as a secondary. I wonder about the price of those cards.
I am in the peocess of ordering parts for a good 6 card mining rig. What is the best GPU card i can get now that uses the least amount of power? What is your email? Maybe you could send me an updated list for 2018? Or are all the parts still basically the same as your first list? Thank you so much for all this help!!! ?
On the GPU side, we are going to use the Claymore miner. Claymore has a long-standing reputation for optimizing miners and this miner speaks for it. It improves the hashing rate considerably and that is why we are going to take the time to download and use this miner as well. The genoil miner only works for pool mining and with AMD graphic cards. This miner charges a 2.5% developer fee. Every hour the miner mines for the developer during 90 seconds. However, the performance increase is well worth the fee charged. If you don’t agree with the dev feem, don’t use this miner
Years ago (spring of 2015) I had mined ETHEREUM (solo) using GETH in UBUNTU 14 and one time the mother board gave me some trouble so I had to change much newer MB ( may be too much newer one). After MB was changed the computer was not posting to C driver any more .Struggled many hours but at last I had to format the HD with about 250 ETH (all gone at present situation)remained inside and reinstalled GETH and in short time I lost all the interest in mining I completely abandoned my miner. At that time ETH was about only $1~2 some times 50 cents so I did not care much and left it alone all this years but I saved the HD in my draw and now it is worth 1/4 of million dollars now. Now I use TESTDISK in UBUNTU 14 and trying to go back to the state before the format to find the ETH. Please help me where I should look for (which folder which file if I can revival them) those accumulated 250 ETH exist. HOW I GET IT BACK.
If you’re thinking about getting into Ethereum mining, you’ve come to the right place.  Finding the best GPU for mining Ethereum can be tough since having high gaming benchmarks and a high price tag doesn’t necessarily mean the graphics card is the best when it comes to mining.
We had to exclude certain boards because they were too slow (previous-gen GeForce GTX 9-series, for example) or came up short on memory capacity (GeForce GTX 1050 2GB and Radeon RX 460 2GB). As you’ll soon see, those are important considerations, as two cards armed with the same GPU aren’t necessarily equal when it comes to mining Ethereum.
It is probably going to take a little bit of time for you to really get synchronized with the Ethereum blockchain, but this all depends on the size of the blockchain at its current moment in the speed of your online connection. You absolutely have to wait until you are 100% synchronized before you initiate the actual mining process, or all of your work will be for naught.
One of the advantages of Ethereum over Bitcoin or Litecoin has to do with the algorithm chosen to validate the proof-of-work (PoW). While BTC relies on SHA-256 and Litecoin on Scrypt for its hash function, Ethereum calls on an algorithm called Ethash, created especially for this purpose. In practice, it was designed from the start to prevent the development of dedicated ASICs to mine it.
It doesn’t matter if you’re planning to do mining using Linux, ethOS or Windows. I’ve made sure to cover the steps for each. You will also find some great tips, tricks, optimizations, and solutions to common troubleshooting issues.
Apart from being one of the most affordable GPUs available on the market today, it is also one of the most economical. While only consuming 150 watts of electric power, this CPU presents a hash rate of 25 MH/s.  When compared to Radeon R9 295X2 and Radeon R9 HD 7990, the cost of power for this GPU is relatively low, at only $0.4320. Its cost per MH/s is $7.96, which is quite impressive compared to most GPUs that are currently on the cryptocurrency market. The return per day for the Radeon RX 480 is $1.21, while its return per year is $440.91. On sale at Amazon now, you will have this GPU and begin mining Ethereum without many problems.
The Titan Xp can be overclocked to 42 MH/s, but it will consume 300 W when pushed that hard. It achieves an excellent hash rate without too much expenditure of power. Meanwhile, its top-end AMD rival, the RX Vega 64, achieves a very similar performance for about half the price.
IMPORTANT – be very careful what bios you are going to flash on what GPU, I would recommend you to never have different card types plugged in when you are going to flash, so you don’t flash by accident a wrong bios to a wrong card (even if this is almost impossible, because if you use the AtiFlash properly (as explained in this guide) it should give you a warning that you can’t flash the specific bios, because it’s a different type than your original card)
Step 11: Type “cd /” into the newly opened command prompt which should look like this “C:\users\username>cd /” and then press enter. You should now see “C:\>”, You have just used the “cd” command or “change directory” command to make command prompt look at the C:/ drive – not your user file.
Looking at the RX 470, we can do some quick math ($175 / (211 GB/s) ) to see that it costs $0.82 per GB/s.  Compared to a single GDDR5 chip (e.g. Micron EDW4032BABG), which costs $6.83 and has a bandwidth of 24 GB/s, we can do better at $0.28 per GB/s.  So, if we can build custom chip (either ASIC or FPGA) than can interface with 9 GDDR5 chips, we’ll have a memory bandwidth of 216 GB/s at a price of $61.47.  This still isn’t a finished mining product, since we need a FPGA or ASIC memory controller, circuit board, & support electronics.  If the shipped final assembly (adding additional parts, processes, testing, & logistics) costs less than the RX 470 (only $175), then the custom board will beat the GPU based card.  That is, until a faster, more efficient, cheaper graphics card comes to market.  For instance HBM graphics cards cards are already available.  But, if you find low cost, off-the-shelf, FPGA or ASIC chips with 5-10 DDR or HBM memory controllers, or your company is experienced in building custom high memory bandwidth ASIC solutions, you may able to beat out off-the-shelf hardware.  But, if in this situation, you should probably change your business model and build graphics cards instead, since that’s already a huge market.
The recent drop in Ethereum prices may have hurt quite a few investors betting on the rise of cryptocurrency—but the digital coin is still a boon to investors of semiconductor stocks Nvidia (nvda) and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).
Hallo Leute, ich verfolge erst seit ein paar Tagen das Thema crypto-währungen und bin höchst angetan von dem ganzen auch wenn ich das noch nicht 100 % verstehe. Ich will gern in Ethereum investieren. Momentan aber steigt der Wert jeden Tag und ich sehe die Chance als verpasst an.
Click on the ‘View’ menu to deselect other cryptocurrencies, until only ETH remains. MinerGate will notify you that it’s loading a DAG (Dagger Hashimoto) file. This is around 1GB in size and represents the proof of work algorithms necessary to mine Ethereum data blocks. If you want to understand this further, see the Ethereum Github page for more information.
